Naheedur Rahman - With 15 years of experience in foremost companies such as Digital Equipment, Tata Infotech, GE Capital to name a few. Naheed is an MBA with an MS in computing from UMIST, UK. He performs the role of a business facilitator and is also the technical assessor for the IT & ITES sector.

Rajesh Khati - Rajesh has over a decade of experience with Search, financial consulting, business strategy and operations. In his last role he was heading the Search Practice of Grow Talent. He has worked with Pace Capital, Goyal MG Gases, Quantum and Grow Talent. Rajesh has an MBA (Finance & Marketing). In his current role, Rajesh heads the BPO practice for New Vistas.

Mr. Virender Kwatra - Over 30 years of providing core HR solutions, Virender brings to the table his experience in working for organizations such as the DCM Ltd, Thomson Press Ltd, the Dalmia group etc. A seasoned professional, his skills lie in helping companies hit the ground, running as far as HR outsourcing services are concerned.

MUMBAI OFFICE

Rajiv Butalia - Rajiv has served in various leadership positions over two decades. At the State Bank of India he was one of the selected 4 officers assisting the chairman of the Bank. He left SBI as a start up team member to set up IndusInd Bank (India�s first private sector bank post liberalization), where he was Vice President Planning and Resources. Rajiv left banking in 1999 to join the e learning space where he was looking after Western Region for Quantum Information Systems.  Rajiv has a passion for adventure sports his favorite past time being scuba diving.

Rajiv is based in Mumbai and handles key clients there.

Kalpana Rao Deswal has 15 years experience of working with the development and voluntary sector. In her last role she was Head of Resource Mobilization with Oxfam India. She continues to be an advisor and trainer in Resource Mobilization and Public Communication to several Indian and International NGOs.

At New Vistas she manages clients in the development and NGO space among others.

The operations team comprises of energetic people.
